In a commercial trial, a moral person claimed a million-dollar amount from one of Legal & Fixer's clients, through a claim of alleged contractual breach.
In defence of our client, Legal & Fixer responded to the claim, reagreed and obtained precautionary measures, including the blocking of bank accounts from both the acting company and all its shareholders.
On the basis of the above, the party involved in the trial applied for a settlement, so that it entered into an agreement in which it recognized that our client had not failed and therefore agreed to cover a number of amounts for his illegal action.

The complexity of this operation was to negotiate with a European firm, which was intended to benefit the party that represented, giving the brands a greater value, the real one.
Once the agreement was made in a satisfactory manner and in order to arouse the rights of our customers, a request for the transfer of rights was submitted to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) - WIPO, which was favourable.
In an Amparo trial, Legal & Fixer assumed the defence of a taxpayer to whom a collecting authority intended to charge a tax credit.
The dispute revolved around the unconstitutionality of a normative portion of an income law, where the principle of tax equity, as envisaged in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, was being violated to the detriment of the client.
Once the means of constitutional control had been processed, the Federal Court granted amparo to our client, ordering the authorities to disintegrate from their legal sphere the application of the said legal provision.
Legal & Fixer, representing a company of the pharmaceutical branch, initiated a federal order trial, claiming payment of millions of dollars, in connection with the provision of a supply service.
In its defence, the public entity claimed that the claimed payment was inappropriate, with multiple exceptions and defences.
Finally, a resolution was obtained in favour of our client's interests, in which the authority was sentenced to the payment of the counterbenefits due, as well as the legal consequences for their non-compliance.
Legal & Fixer, represents a real estate investment company, resulting from it, the team led the sale of a well-known hotel located in the Riviera Maya.
This led to the development of a Due Diligence, in terms of the legal and financial situation of both the sales company and the hotel complex, and a comprehensive internal review was carried out in respect of its corporate books, and the contractual acts that represented obligations of the company that was transmitted, as well as the materialization of the sale, which took place in a satisfactory manner.
In an Administrative Judgement, Legal & Fixer represented his client, on the occasion of the failure of the authority to grant him the titles of more than 105 transport permits, on the occasion of the validity of concessions in this matter.
The requested authority had refrained from recognizing the acquired rights of our client, who on many occasions requested their realization, without any response.
The result of the trial was satisfactory, by confirming by means of an amparo trial, the right of our client and the obligation of the requested authority and those who must intervene in the implementation of the judgment, to restore their violated rights, so that they may allow the exploitation of public transport concessions.
In the procedures for the review and control of the public account of the Government of a State of the Mexican Republic, the Superior Audit of the Federation requested our client to provide information related to the Public Contracts concluded with the entity for a million-dollar amount.
For this purpose, Legal & Fixer carried out the defence of the individual, carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the documentation (contracts, digital tax vouchers over the Internet, receipts, deliverables, orders, reports, memoirs, invoices that credit the property, accounting books and legal instruments) that were related to the provision of the services.
The complexity of the matter was based on the comprehensive and interdisciplinary study in legal, fiscal and accounting matters of more than 35,000 documents that our client made available for analysis, achieving timely compliance with the requirements and preventing the moral person from being punished on the basis of the amount of the Contracts in accordance with the Federation's Law on Control and Accountability.
Legal & Fixer, carried out the contractual negotiations for the sale and acquisition of the shares of an energy industry.
The complexity of the matter was based on the commercial significance of the transmission, by the financial and economic structure of the sales companies, which made it difficult to negotiate and the way the operation was carried out in a regular manner.
On the other hand, it was necessary to draw up a due diligence covering corporate, commercial, fiscal, accounting, labour, contractual and litigation matters, as well as various legal instruments, including the establishment of a trust for the fulfilment of obligations, which should be in accordance with the Contract.
Finally, for the benefit of our customers, the transfer of the shares and thus the delivery of the assets was successfully carried out, allowing the company to extend its market to other federal entities.
